I'm a self-taught designer with advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and PowerPoint. I have a long history on the marketing side of the book publishing business and approach design tasks from that marketing perspective, with a focus on communicating key messages above all else. I have practical experience creating book cover design, print advertising, marketing collateral and social media assets, as well as a deep understanding of the often multi-iterative cover design process.
