This logo is for a new 4 story apartment complex in Eagle Pass, Texas for people 55 and over. It is not assisted living or anything associated with people with poor health or lack of mobility. It is for active adults age 55 and over.

We need something simple and eye catching to put on a Pylon sign at the street. I am attaching an image of the part of the sign available for us. The apartment complex is back at the end of the street and will be difficult to see. The address is 574 S Bibb Ave, Eagle Pass, TX 78852. We will also use the logo other places, but the sign is critical for drive by marketing purposes. Thank you!

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
