Description of the organization and its target audience
Tomball Sports Academy is a faith-based youth strength & conditioning, youth sports program. We focus on improving strength through use of resistant bands and dumbbells, while improving speed and agility through the use of speed ladders and other skill specific drills. We also offer youth sports leagues such as Football, Baseball, Soccer and Track.
