I require a complete design of a website based on unique bid auctions which are all done via text message.

My site is http://www.totaltxt.co.uk - As you can see the design is VERY poor and I require a professional look and feel to the site.
I am going to leave it up to you guys with regards to design of the logo etc, you can use what I have used on my site, or possibly create a new banner.
End requirements from myself:
I require the design in psd format
I require the design to be sliced and html
I will attempt to come on the site every day to give feed back, however the maximum I will take to return to the site is 48hrs. (This is down to my work hours)
