This was our first time using 99designs. We looked at other sites but felt comfortable with their offer of 100% satisfaction guarantee. We received several designs for our high end cosmetic packaging from theia and really appreciated the effort she showed during the contest. In addition, her logo came up as everyone's favorite. She not only worked diligently on the final revisions she also came up with a much needed and very creative final touch to our logo. Our logo is not trademarked as of yet, so we can't release it to the public but I assure you she did an outstanding job, better than we hoped for.
