Working on a food business. Catering, pop-ups, and inevitably, a restaurant/bar/entertainment venue. My menu includes Vietnamese/Asian-inspired bbq (wood smoke), Banh mi sandwiches, bubble tea, iced coffee, and packaged ingredients to make at home.
