Design was a good design which won majority of the votes from our company so 2 stars just for that. However, after winning, the designer had terrible communication and felt to me was only putting minimum effort and unwilling to send any color variations of our logo including black and white. Logos can look good in a white background and not so great with a black background that was our situation. Messages would go unanswered 2-4 days before I had to ask 99 Designs to step in (had to do it twice) before he would respond. I had a couple of logos done in the past and color variations were automatically provided without me even having to ask for them. And at the end after waiting 12 DAYS we finally had received the variations we requested. He even asked for a tip after waiting for so long! Here's a tip: go above the expectation of your customers and at a timely manner. Then maybe you'll get one. I paid $358 for this logo but I had better service from a $10 logo at FIV***!
