About us
Wir ( Paar, beide 47J ) werden einen Food-Trailer (retrolook) in schwarz betreiben. Wir wollen schnell, lecker, einzigartig, authentisch, vielfältig und nicht eingeschränkt sein. Kreuz und quer beschreibt unsere Philosophie bzgl Speisen und Standplätzen. Im Angebot soll es Speisen mit klassischem und modernem Touch geben. Bsp: Frische Pasta mit Tomatensoße als Klassiker oder mit Quinoabolognese als moderne Variante. Quinoaburger, Kichererbsensalat, kreuzundquer Curry, Kürbisgulasch, Kartoffelgulasch etc..... Geplant ist ein wechselndes Speisenangebot alle 3-4 Wochen. Teilnahme an verschiedenen Stadtfesten, Events, Privatfeiern und Streetfood-Festivals ist ebenso vorgesehen.
