今回は新事業会社のロゴの依頼です。 弊社は、賃貸住宅を借りられる入居者に対し、 保証人の代わりに家主に対して万が一の滞納の際の債権保証をする会社です。（※これを一般的には「家賃保証会社」といいます） 家賃保証会社(やちんほしょうがいしゃ)とは、賃貸住宅の契約時に必要な賃借人の連帯保証人を代行する会社で、賃借人が家賃滞納などの家賃債務の債務不履行をした場合、賃借人に変わって家賃保証会社が代位弁済を賃貸人に行います。 借主にとっては、何らかの事情で連帯保証人が立てられない場合でも、 保証会社を利用できれば借主の収入や社会的信用で部屋を借りられる可能性があるというメリットがあり、 貸主にとっては、借主の家賃不払リスクを軽減できるメリットを享受します。 「賃貸住宅」であっても、我が家のように（Home Sweet Home） 安心して暮らしができる、そんなお手伝いをしたいと考え事業化します。 どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
