About us
Audience: The rural community of Americus GA. The product is a podcast (interview style with the people of Americus GA). The goal is to sit down with citizens from Americus GA to hear their stories, and what they do, and talk about how a local diverse community could better neighbor together in our city. The purpose of the podcast is to build community by sharing people’s stories. We wanna encourage people to be good neighbors, encourage one another, serve one another to in turn transform the city as a whole. We’re not political.

I’m open to all ideas. The city is called Americus GA. So the podcast is for the city. We are not looking to make the city Americus mean America (USA). It is just the name of the city. We have thought about making the "us" in Americus stand out to communicate the togetherness of the podcast.
