We are opening an outdoor park in a large forest outside Bucharest, Romania. This project is aimed at those in search of alternatives for spending their free time, who love nature, want to be more active and practice sports and are seeking new experiences. The park will be a large area where customers can spend a few hours, or the whole day, taking part in various activities, some relaxing and other physically challenging. The range of activities is: - Tree top adventure (climbing into trees using already installed equipment), zip lines - Cycling – 30km - Running, jogging – 21km - Short or long walks - Picnicking in nice sunny clearings within the forest - Restaurant and terrace - Bow & arrow games - Dirt park (BMX park) for cyclists - Summer sports (volleyball, badminton, outdoor tennis table, frisbee, chess) As further developments we will include: - Tennis - Horse riding - Water sports – there is a small river crossing the forest Also, a wide range of events will take place: exhibitions, open air concerts, classes (painting, dancing etc.), team building activities, school day-trips The customer is encouraged to try as many activities as possible, including something new. However, they will feel free to relax and enjoy the forest without doing anything too strenuous should they not wish to. The latter part is important for mixed groups where not all may want to take part in the same activities. TARGET Active people, visitors of other treetop adventure parks, mountain lovers, cyclists, runners, and people training for marathons Those seeking to relax while escaping the city, nature lovers seeking to observe wildlife Those seeking new experiences, foodies, pet lovers Groups: school trips, corporate events including team building activities, parties and events DEMOGRAPHIC: all age groups but we expect the majority of customers to be under 50. Families with children play a big role. Medium to high income. Young professionals, well paid and time poor. Grandparents will be encouraged Secondary demographic target – young, students, medium to low income, sports and fun driven (dirtpark, mountain bike, treetop adventure)

PARK DESIGN AND STYLE:We want to inspire: authenticity, friendliness, children friendly, nature, seasons, movement, exercise, freedom, healthiness, happiness, meditation, quiet, discovery, close to home, free time Visual elements to be used in building & design: wood, branches, twigs, rope, straw, natural colours (GREEN is mandatory), water & nature is an element to be explored, Romanian folkloric elements Strong colours used only to emphasize NOT USING: plastic, PVC, rubber, shiny paints, modern finishing NAMEThe forest is called "Codrii Vlasiei", hence we want this to be included in our name. The full name is Parcul Codrii Vlasiei - which means Codrii Vlasiei Park. We also need to add the sub-title "natura si aventura" meaning nature and adventure, in order to give the customers some idea about what to expect.In Romanian we use special characters as below: Parcul Codrii Vlăsiei natură şi aventură IDEAS FOR LOGO Historically, Codrii Vlasiei were the forests outside Bucharest where Robin Hood type of activities took place, people running from authorities, hiding when wars took place etc. We could potentially get some inspiration from this history.The logo should inspire safety as a forest can be perceived by many (especially women) as an unsafe place – this perception has deep roots in Western & Eastern European culture. Include a visual – a simple image, preferably in colour – to symbolize the whole park. This image may include all elements the park will have as described at the beginning of this document (tree top adventure, cycling, running, eating good healthy food, bow&arrow, walks, running, picnicking, wild animals and birds). BUT FEEL FREE TO SEND LOGOS THAT DON'T INCLUDE ALL PARK ELEMENTS. The logo will be printed on all marketing materials but also painted or sculpted into wood within the park, therefore simplicity is important.
