Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are building a new software product named Diligent. (find logo included in attached documents) This is a sophisticated software product that provides diligence capabilities and aids private equity firms and investment bankers in the buy and sell side of companies. The target audience is 90% male but very sleek, sophisticated, modern and wealthy. Additional users would include CEO's and CFO's.
The Definition of Diligent is:
- Constant in effort to accomplish something; attentive and persistent in doing anything: a diligent employee. Done or pursued with persevering attention; painstaking; thorough; complete.
- A comprehensive solution designed to standardize, simplify and automate the investment banking/M&A process from initial client setup through conclusion
