iVvy creates enterprise software for everyone involved in events, from the organiser to the supplier. In addition to this, our core product is a marketplace of venues where you can see live availability and make an instant booking. (The first of its kind in the world). Specifically we have three main areas/products to our website: * iVvy Marketplace - Live website that shows the availability of venues to visitors in realtime. https://www.ivvy.com/venue/brisbane--queensland.html (Event organisers, largely female 25 - 45) * Events Software - Software for event organisers to market, manage and report on events. (Target Market is largely female 25 - 45) https://www.ivvy.com/events/management-software.html * Venues Software - Software for venues to manage their sales and bookings. https://www.ivvy.com/venues/management-booking-software.html (Users are largely female 25 - 35, but decision makers are usually male general managers 35 - 50) Have a look at the iVvy website to find out a bit more about what we do. www.ivvy.com
What's your vision?
Note: For the 1st round please create 3 icons (perhaps one for each department: Events/Venues/Marketplace) and we will provide feedback. Finalists will be expected to create all 10 icons (see * dot points for each icon required). We are using this contest to produce an icon theme that works well with our branding style. We hope to establish a relationship with a suitable designer and there will be ongoing work for the contest winner. The icons would be used on our website and/or brochure, so please design them in Illustrator or vector software. We have settled on our general brand style, but the next step is to visually describe concepts to our potential customers more effectively (the current look feels a little cheap, see our website & brochures attached). We suggest creating a general theme for icons and highlight the icon based on the product it is being used for: - pink for the events software, - green for the venue software, - blue for the marketplace website. Please create icons for the following: Events Software: * Create beautiful websites with our drag and drop editor * Powerful reporting with our report builder * Secure and reliable Venue Software: * More Bookings - Get more bookings through our online portals * More Control - You create the rules that determine if visitors can make a booking or request a quote. * More efficient - Improve efficiencies by having your customers detail their needs before you finalise orders or quotes. Venues Marketplace: * Live Availability - See instantly if the venue you want is available * Instant Bookings - Block out the space instantly to stop someone else booking it. * Large Selection - Over 3000 venues now live on iVvy * No Booking Fees - iVvy doesn't cost you any more. What we dont want; - istock icons or standard icon sets that have small changes made to them, - anything that is too relaxed (eg: not character based - we are moving away from that)
Some examples of what we mean by iconography theme: See these websites for examples: * https://aws.amazon.com/solutions/ * https://www.neto.com.au/ (See menus) * https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira (scroll down the page to see examples - they have different types of icons for different use cases (eg: small thin ones for lists, larger ones for more impact) The attached collateral zip file contains some of our brochures which have examples of our current icon style. We don't like the plain single color "line icon" style and are looking for something more detailed/interesting/custom and more professional. Icons with lines/outlines are fine so long as they are not too boring (like above examples). Further note: please use the iVvy division colours as highlight colours only (the icons are too overwhelming if they are one predominant colour).
