About us

Luxury custom home builder - Target audience is high earning individuals looking to build around a million-dollar custom home

Style/theme ideas

Presentation Pocket Folder to be handed to customers in our sales meetings. Needs to look high-end and luxurious. Inside of presentation pocket folder also needs to have color and photos. **Please use design elements from the website to add to the folder - we would like many of the accents to be black and gold however, like the attached PDF ***We will also need 8.5 x 11" insert for this presentation folder after the contest is over - we will give extra design work to the winner.
