Victoria Knightley is an American author who studies human behavior with an emphasis on love and dating. Victoria loves writing about dating and relationships in order to help women benefit from her data-driven research. Victoria has been actively involved in “Choice Theory” with the Glasser Institute for more than a decade. Her studies on how “Choice Theory” affects romantic interpersonal relationships have led to her unique brand of personal responsibility and behavior-based theories. The core of her beliefs is that all people are responsible for their own actions and that the choices people make shape their reality. Victoria loves to see women joyfully navigate their dating lives by adopting a powerful mindset that’s rooted in effective psychology. She loves to help women avoid unnecessary heartache while empowering themselves with proven psychological concepts. Victoria is happily married to her husband Liam in Las Vegas, Nevada where the duo raises their little artist daughter Janis, named after the hippie Icon Janis Joplin. Victoria and Liam travel the world together and marry each other every year on their anniversary. They’ve been married everywhere from Mayan Pyramid ruins in Belize by a Maya priest in a Jaguar Headdress to the heart of New Orleans in the French Quarter in a romantic private ceremony for two. Victoria wants women everywhere to experience their own version of the life-long romance she lives every day. Victoria delivers sound advice in a down to earth and direct yet entertaining manner so it’s easy to use straight away Victoria writes books on dating and relationships because she knows that her research has yielded amazing results for her and countless others. This will also undoubtedly give other women the keys for success they need in love. She wants her work to have a much-needed positive effect on the love lives of women around the world. Women need solid, proven, and action oriented advice in order to flourish in their romantic relationships and Victoria is delighted to help.
This is a journal with prompts for people entering into the gratitude journal space. It's a combination of scientific research and timeless wisdom. This is a 90 day reset for gratitude instead of a daily journal for a year.
