Alex really listens and demonstrates his understanding of a design brief by delivering outstanding work. He was easy to work with as we finalized details for our print and ebook. He was also quick and courteous--a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

What colors do you want to see in your design?
Cover must be easy to read as a thumbnail. A great reference is The Plant Paradox for a white cover with a bold image, or The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck with it's bold orange background and strong black font. Leaning towards white background with strong fonts and use of colour in font. One image worth exploring if you go down The Plant Paradox white style is an image of a finger pointing back at the reader. An interesting saying is "When you point one finger, there are three fingers pointing back to you." Think of that if you decide to use an image on the cover, but I would suggest trying trying a version with and a version without an image.
What to avoid
Avoid any new age design, purple swirls, spiritual fluff etc...
