Burnout can be debilitating. Basic “google-ing” results in a bunch of junk science, misinformation, or pre-burnout self-care coping tools. This book goes deeper, guiding the reader to explore the specific issues unique to their situation and providing practical strategies to improve their situation and ultimately break free.

Adults who are are burned out at work from chronic stress. They may be of any gender, nationality, or profession. They're exhausted, frustrated, & feeling trapped.

There are some attached images for your reference One more thing.... there are 3 more books in the series - so if you could give me at least one element that can translate from book to book to make it look uniform, that would be IDEAL.

Please don't give me the same old stock image of something on fire for burnout or a puddle of quicksand with just a hand sticking out. On the attachment I've also provided one bookcover idea that I rejected (with explanations as to why). PLEASE don't make it look like all the other self-help books out there. Seriously, go to google images and input "self help book covers" and you'll see what I mean.
